Organisation name and description of their aims: Baskervilles gymnastics and fitness centre. 'The main part of our work is with children and we specialise in offering competitive and non-competitive gymnastics training.'
Job title: Gymnastics coach
Main roles / responsibilities of job: Chris Pile coaches his own general class either a 6-8 or 7-10 age group. Then, he also assists the other coaches with their classes! Then after the general classes are finished he will coach several boys competition squads with two other members of the gym (Levi and Ali). As well as this, he is also in charge of training the junior assistants and demonstrators by running courses, on the spot training and appraisals.
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: All youth taking part will be assisted in improving there skills.

Organisational name and description of their aims: SSCo (Schools Sports Co-ordinator). Co-ordination of school sport within a family of schools.
Ensure effective implementation of the family development plan.
Ensure that the family development plan complements and enhances school physical education programmes and school development plans.
Ensure that all young people are included in the family’s physical education and sport programme.
Job title: Teacher/Sport co-coordinator
Main roles/responsibilities of job: Mark Gunning is the one responsible for organising primary school (Southdown, St. Michaels, St. Phillips etc.) festivals at a secondary school (Culverhay). He makes sure it all runs smoothly and effectively.
Impact/outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Primary schools that participate in the festival will have a good experience and maybe even new sports to them.

Main roles / responsibilities of job: The West of England Sport Trust (Wesport) works as both; An independent registered charity through the Wesport Core Team
And a network of organisations in the West of England with an overall aim to: 'Increase, promote, support and celebrate lifelong participation in sport and physical activity helping to realise potential for all'.
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: People involved in this will be inspired to play more sport and join in with more activities. It will teach social skills, like communication, and will help confidence rise when playing sport.

Main roles / responsibilities of job: For his job, Dan Hine needs to be able to handle any age group and produce a coaching opportunity for football.
Responsibilities for him are to make sure the people he is coaching is in a safe environment with no hazards (May have to fill out risk assessment).
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Throughout the sessions, the children will get a 'professional' coach teaching them the rules and skills of football and how to improve them as a footballing player. They will develop new skills, tactics and help them in all areas of football.

The school partnership is designed to help young people to become leaders and to volunteer in the community. They have one main aim, "Increasing the number of young people, aged 5-19, who spend up to 5 hours each week high quality PE and School Sport within and beyond the curriculum".

Main roles / responsibilities of job: The roles and responsibilities of David Burston are to develope partner links with the likes of 'Sport and Active Lifestyles', 'County Sports Partnerships (WESPORT)' and others around the local area.

Main roles / responsibilities of job: As head of PE, he has to teach PE, lead PE, take extracurricular clubs (clubs, lunch, after school), and choose the curriculum for the week.
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Pupils taking part in the curriculum created by Simon Scarborough will have the chance to be involved in competitive and fun sports in school.
